Getting Upstream of Conflict

Ken Sande founded the Christian Conciliation Service of Montana in 1982 to mediate and arbitrate legal disputes in conciliatory rather than adversarial ways. He has helped people to resolve all kinds of personal and legal disputes, including divorce and custody cases, employment disputes, breach of contract, probate and inheritance controversies, and situations involving trauma and abuse. His best selling book, The Peacemaker, has sold over 500,000 copies in 20+ languages. 

In 2012, Ken launched Relational Wisdom 360™ (aka, “RW360™”) to develop a new generation of training resources that integrate peacemaking, emotional intelligence, coaching and conciliation. These resources are being used to equip people with improved relational skills they can use not only to resolve conflict but also to prevent it from occurring in the first place. 

RW360’s training resources are now being used to resolve conflict and transform relationships in over 60 countries. 

Serving A Variety of Faiths and Worldviews

RW360 has developed two lines of resources, both of which promote traditional values such as love, peace, respect, justice, forgiveness and reconciliation.

Our “faith-based” resources are designed for Christian audiences that embrace a biblical worldview (see rw360.org). Our “values-based” materials are designed for secular audiences and are compatible with a variety of worldviews.

Our values-based resources have been approved for continuing education credit for secular professionals, such as attorneys, nurses and teachers, and are being used for training in a wide variety of secular settings, including businesses, law firms, public schools, hospitals, military bases, colleges and law schools, as well as with state legislators and with U.S. Congressional members and staff.

These resources treat all faiths with equal respect and fully comply with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Guidelines on Religious Discrimination.
